Sustainable Commute Planner App

Project Goal

To redesign the user interface and experience of an existing enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platform to improve usability and reduce content upload errors.

My Role

Lead UX Designer, responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and collaborating with development teams.

Challenge

Users frequently reported frustration with the complex upload process, leading to incorrect tagging, metadata omissions, and duplicate assets. The existing interface was cluttered and non-intuitive for new users.

Solution

Implemented a guided, multi-step upload wizard with clear progress indicators, inline validation, and intelligent auto-tagging suggestions. Redesigned the asset library view for easier navigation and filtering.

Impact

Reduced content upload errors by 40% and improved overall user satisfaction scores by 25% in post-launch surveys. Onboarding time for new users decreased significantly.
